Forgotten / Change Password
Reset a Forgotten Password
To reset your password, fill in the reset request form and a new password will be emailed.

Colour Of Your Eyes?
Mother's Maiden Name?

Change Your Password
For security reasons, your password must be changed once every 12 months and you cannot re-use the previous 10 passwords. The Regional Services Customer Portal will advise you when your password is about to expire and prompt you to change it.

Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters long including 3 categories of characters from Uppercase, Lowercase, Numeral and Symbols. The allowed symbols are: ( ) @ ! # $ * [ ] ? < > { } %

Changing Your Username
Your username must be your company e-mail address. If this changes you can change your username at any time by emailing raebusiness@baesystems.com
